Residential Training Program in Industrial Automation and IoT

A Residential Training Program in Industrial Automation and IoT provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of automation technologies and their integration with the Internet of Things (IoT). This program equips learners with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting automated systems, preparing them for roles in industries at the forefront of technological advancement. Participants gain practical skills in programming PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), utilizing sensors and actuators, and leveraging data analytics for optimizing industrial processes. With a focus on practical application and industry-relevant projects, this program aims to empower participants to meet the demands of the rapidly evolving field of industrial automation and IoT.

The inaugural Residential Training Program on Industrial Automation and Internet of Things (IoT) for our first cohort has been a remarkable success. This program provided our participants with an immersive experience into the world of industrial automation systems, covering the intricacies of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), as well as their practical applications and industrial networking protocols.

Throughout the program, students demonstrated dedication and hard work, evident in their assignments and outstanding capstone projects. The highlight of the training was the completion of Project Amazon, which showcased the participants’ skills and knowledge. The first cohort of Residential Trainees gained comprehensive technical exposure to industrial automation, mastering automation systems through hands-on experience and successfully delivering end-to-end projects.

Building on the success of the first cohort, the second cohort of Residential Trainees brought together a group of enthusiastic graduates. This cohort successfully completed a rigorous 10-day training program in Industrial Automation and IoT, encompassing over 70 hours of hands-on training.

Participants were exposed to the dynamic fields of Industrial Automation, Machine Learning, and IoT. The program provided valuable insights into cutting-edge technologies reshaping industries globally. The comprehensive training equipped trainees with the knowledge and skills needed to excel, preparing them for future technological advancements.
