The IIT Ropar Technology and Innovation Foundation (AWaDH) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced organizations to serve as Infrastructure, Mobilizing, Outreach, and Implementing Partners for the execution of an upcoming Government Skilling Project.
This initiative is aimed at advancing workforce skill enhancement and employability through structured skilling programs that empower youth with industry-relevant competencies. As part of its commitment to national capacity building and innovation-led development, AWaDH seeks to collaborate with credible partners capable of delivering large-scale, high-impact training initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Organizations expressing interest must meet the following conditions:
- Must be a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956/2013.
- The primary objective of the organization should relate to skilling or skill development.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing skilling or training programs.
- Proven track record in executing State or Central Government-sponsored skilling projects.
- Average annual turnover of ₹50 crore or more during the last three financial years.
- Fully compliant with applicable laws and not debarred or blacklisted by any Government department or agency.
- Prior experience in executing skilling or vocational education projects in the state of Punjab will be mandatory.
Submission Requirements
Interested and eligible organizations are required to submit their EOI along with supporting documents, including:
- Company Registration Certificate
- Memorandum and Articles of Association (MoA & AoA)
- Details of skilling and project experience
- Audited financial statements (last 3 years)
- Declaration of compliance and non-debarment
