💼 We’re Hiring: Chief Partnership Officer (CPO) / Partnership Lead
Be the strategic force behind building high-impact alliances, CSR partnerships, innovation programs, and cross-sector collaborations that strengthen India’s Agri-Water innovation ecosystem.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✨ Lead the Hub’s partnership strategy across industry, startups, academia & government
✨ Develop and manage strategic alliances, MoUs & multi-stakeholder frameworks
✨ Drive CSR partnerships, fundraising pipelines & corporate engagements
✨ Coordinate outreach programs, workshops, networking forums & ecosystem events
✨ Work closely with Tech, Innovation, Incubation & Operations teams for joint programs
✨ Track KPIs, manage partnership projects & ensure timely execution
✨ Represent the Hub at national & international platforms to enhance positioning
✨ Oversee marketing, communications & organisational branding
🔹 Desired Profile
🎓 Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science/Management (Master’s preferred — MBA, PGDM, M.Tech, MS)
🌱 Experience: 8–12 years in partnerships, strategic alliances, CSR, business development, incubation ecosystems, government missions, R&D, Agritech/Water-tech
🤝 Strong leadership in managing major partnerships with government, industry bodies, foundations & global organizations
🛠️ Excellent communication, negotiation, proposal drafting & stakeholder engagement skills
🌍 Ability to lead multi-institutional programs, develop agreements & drive ecosystem growth

💰 Salary: In the range of INR 13–16 Lakh per annum (fixed + performance-linked incentives per successful fundraise)
