The AWaDH CPS Lab serves as a multidisciplinary platform for education, research, prototyping, testing, and collaboration in the realm of Cyber-Physical Systems.

Equipped with advanced IoT kits developed by IIT Ropar, the lab offers students and researchers a 24*7 plug-and-play module for hands-on experimentation and exploration of IoT technologies.

Beyond IoT, the lab features state-of-the-art facilities including 3D printers, AI & ML workstations, and a diverse array of sensors for monitoring environmental phenomena. This comprehensive infrastructure positions the lab as a hub for advancing technological possibilities and fostering a culture of innovation.

Notably, the establishment of the AWaDH CPS Lab marks IIT Ropar’s outreach to the State of Punjab, aiming to support CPS skilling initiatives across the region.

By partnering with Chitkara University, the lab will play a pivotal role in embedding CPS education within the academic syllabus, offering a range of educational and skill-enhancing opportunities, especially tapping students from nearby colleges, ITIs and polytechnics.
